Here are some useful tips to help everything go smoothly & as a useful checklist before you travel.

Balance of Payments: All balance of payments MUST be paid fully a MINIMUM of 10 weeks before departure.
Please remember this is a dance event & not a regular holiday booking, so payment deadlines are essential to maintain.
Failure to do so may result in the apartment being automatically cancelled and a charge applied.
The total cost of the package is per person sharing & for 7 nights stay. Bonus nights can be added for our special rate.
Family holidays can also be arranged with the bonus of our group discount being applied.
Should you wish to make it a family holiday, please let us know so you can avail of the best discounted rates for you.

Passport: Don't forget to check your passport to make sure it's in date before departure.
Spain requires your passport to still be in date for a minimum of 3 months AFTER the holiday.

Flight Information: As soon as your fight is booked it is ESSENTIAL that you contact us with your flight details -
Flight Number / Arrival Date / Departure Date. Your booking cannot be completed without this information, it is vitally important..
Failure to do so WILL end up with the booking being cancelled & a cancellation fee applied!
PLEASE KEEP IT IN MIND that you MUST forward on the flight information as soon as your flights are booked.

Airport: The local airport for Torremolinos is - MALAGA AIRPORT - It is a 15 minutes car journey from the venue.
Make sure also that you are aware of, & have decided on, your prefered airport transfer options.
